Normal vs Waterfall Payout
Normal payout is where all syndicates for an individual deal receive their net remittances (minus servicing fees and other fees) at the same time based on the frequency of how the finance product is being paid back. Daily, weekly, monthly etc. Waterfall payout is putting weight on a certain syndicate and paying that syndicate out first before any subsequent syndicate can be paid out.
