We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our platform at the end of this month February 2023, that will affect your use of the Centrex platform.
We were notified that our Xactus integration partner is ending their relationship with MCL at the end of February 2023. Xactus is migrating all of the credit pull clients using the MCL platform to the Xactus360 platform.
To ensure a smooth transition, we need your help! First, please reach out to Xactus to coordinate this transition and acquire new credentials. Second, we need you to complete the steps listed below no later than the close of business on February 28th, 2023.
Step 1.
From the Centrex CRM, Go to the Advances tab, and click on Settings in the Navigation Bar.
Step 2.
At the bottom left side of the page, click on Credit Pull. The following page will then appear.
Step 3.
Select Xactus360 from the “Provider” dropdown menu (once it becomes available) and then click the Save Settings button. You will see a confirmation that your settings are now saved (see below).
Please note that failure to take this action by February 28th, 2023 will result in the inability to pull credit on your consumers.
